This page is dedicated to a Whole Home Remodel we completed at a Condo for one of your neighbors in Lake Hamilton.

We begin by showing a large view of the entire project. We installed new LED puck light in the ceiling. We also installed new Luxury Vinyl plank floor covering that looks like real hardwood, but is waterproof and pet friendly. We finished the rooms off with new trim, and freshly painted walls, ceiling, trim, and doors.

Turning around shows the newly installed dry stack stone on the fireplace with quartz hearth. We also placed a new receptacle behind stone above the fireplace for a new flat screen TV.

Before continuing, we are going to give you an idea how outdated the home was before Geer Remodeling came to our client’s home.

Geer specialize in Kitchen Remodeling and here we did a complete gutting for the kitchen. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room and we raised the ceiling. Then we installed new alder cabinets with a natural finish, installed new white quartz countertops, new recessed and under cabinet lighting and new plumbing fixtures, We finished with new tile backsplash and new appliances.

Geer also specializes in Bathroom Remodeling and here we also did a complete gutting of the hall bathroom. We raised the low ceiling to 8 feet, installed a new tub with porcelain tile walls, a new painted vanity with white quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, and new porcelain tile floors. We also installed water proof membrane on the shower walls and bathroom floor before the tile was installed. We then finished new lighting and a mirror with custom made frame.

This is a 3 bedroom condo and we remodeled all three rooms and closets. Here we show the Master Bedroom with new lighting, new trim, painted walls, ceiling, doors, and trim. New floor covering.

Our client wanted a new floor plan for the master bathroom so we designed a plan by moving walls and plumbing, raising the ceiling, installing two separate vanities, with a custom built shower and heavy glass door. We also installed new lighting, built a new private toilet room with pocket door, included new quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures and new porcelain tile floors. We further installed a water proof membrane on the shower walls, pan, and bathroom floor to prevent water from leaking to the condo below. We finished the bathroom with Installing custom made mirrors with frames.

Here are the two other bedrooms that we remodeled.

Our client will enjoy the sunrise and sunset with their new screened porch. We installed new porcelain tile floor covering with a waterproof membrane underneath. There is also a new ceiling fan, and lighting. We finished the porch with new rod iron railing, and a new screened surround with a aluminum frame.
